- 150g ricotta
- 100g plain yoghurt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar*
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract*
- 1 organic lemon
- 250g fresh strawberries
* If you don´t have vanilla sugar or extract, you can use vanilla yoghurt instead.
Preparation
You are searching for a pretty quick and fruity dessert? Then this strawberry-dessert with ricotta, yogurt & cookies is just the thing for you!
Mix ricotta with yogurt, vanilla, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a bowl. Taste eventually with sugar and place by side. Put the cookies into a freezer bag and crush them. Wash and cut the strawberries into halves. First distribute the crushed cookies in the prepared glasses. Put the halved strawberries on there and fill up with cream. Serve with some cookies and fresh strawberries and enjoy!
