Overview
- Duration: 20 minutes
- Quantity: 2 servings
- Difficulty: easy
Ingredients
-
4 leaves of chard
- 150g feta
- 4 large tomatoes
- Honey
- sesame
- olive oil
- lemon
- basil
- Salt pepper
preparation
Wash the chard (without the stem), drain well and lay out on the work surface. Cut the feta into two equal pieces, drizzle with a little sesame and honey and wrap in two (depending on the size of the leaves) chard leaves like a package. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry the feta and chard packets on both sides over medium heat.
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place on two plates and marinate with a pinch of salt, pepper, a splash of lemon juice and olive oil.
The packages are ready as soon as they are lightly toasted and the cheese inside gives a little when pressed lightly, but does not melt out of the sheet yet!
Remove from the pan, cut in half and serve on the tomatoes with some sesame, lettuce/sprouts and a dab of honey!
A freshly baked pita bread or fresh baguette goes well with this.
