Habanero chocolate

This variety also has its origins in Mexico and is a related variety of "Habanero orange". However, its chocolate brown color makes it strikingly different from its family members.

Characteristics

The plants also grow bushy and reach a height of approximately 80 cm. The fruits ripen from green to chocolate brown. They have a typical habanero shape, but their chocolate brown coloring makes them appear even more dangerous than their orange and red family members. Of course, it's not without reason that "Habanero chocolate" is one of the hottest chilies in the world. Its sharpness only develops with a slight delay, but then hits you with full force. The brown habanero is particularly popular when cooking sauces and marinades.

Where do chili plants come from?

The plants are lovingly grown in a German nursery and sent directly to your home in special shipping boxes.
